Saltillo Jet Center, an FAA certified repair station, XS6Y5254, strives to become the preferred aircraft paint facility among commercial, corporate and private aircraft operations in North America. To accomplish this objective, Saltillo Jet Center endeavors to provide exceptional aircraft paint finishes at reasonable and competitive costs, while leveraging its location, state-of-the-art facility and employee talent.
Saltillo Jet Center is a majority owned subsidiary of ExpressJet Holdings, Inc., which is also the parent of ExpressJet Airlines, one of the largest operators of regional jets in the world. Saltillo Jet Center also does business under the name “ExpressJet Services, LLC”, which is the trade name utilized by a series of ExpressJet sub sidiaries that provide composite, interior (including refurbishment of seats, galleys, lavatories and panels) and thrust reverser repair s, as well as aircraft painting, throughout four facilities in the U nited States and Mexico. Saltillo Jet Center (Saltillo Jet Center, S . De R.L. De C.V) is a Mexican corporation whose headquarters are located in Saltillo, Mexico and was created for the purpose of providing full preparation, stripping and painting and external finishing services for commercial and general aviation aircraft.
Saltillo Jet Center’s current facility is capable of painting aircraft ranging from Piper’s to Boeing 767-200’s. Designed to meet California’s environmental standards, both the design and on-going operation of the hangars exceed the standards set by the United State s Environmental Protection Agency for air emissions, water treatment and disposal of solid waste materials. In addition, the facilities exceed Mexican standards for disposal of hazardous materials. The hangars also meet current ExpressJet Airlines’ insurance requirements for wind resistance, fire suppression, drainage control and hazardou s material storage. back to top

ExpressJet Services repairs, designs and produces seats and soft goods, interior plastics and custom laminates for mainline, regional and original equipment manufacturers. We also handle the maintenance and repair of any interior components constructed of sheet metal, composite or advanced composite bonded structures. For the production and maintenance of those components that make galleys more functional, seats more comfortable and keep ceiling panels, windows and sidewalls in attractive, working order, count on ExpressJet Services:- In-house manufacturing of seats and more than 2,500 unique soft good components, including seat backs, bottoms, pockets and headrests, as well as curtains and class dividers
- In-house manufacturing and engineering of custom plastics
- Production of custom laminates for interior applications

We average six days' turnaround for composite and sheet metal repair and 12 days' turnaround for thrust reverser repair.
