Perform a final inspection of all single repair orders worked. Then recertify all single repair orders worked

Be familiar with the standards and practices set forth by the RQM

Ensure all documentation and paperwork is filled out entirely and correctly on the shop floors and stores.

Perform pre-inspection of Soft Goods(covers)

Generate work orders for Soft Goods

Recertify laundered covers and re-dyed leather covers

inspect new Soft Goods and certify with a Certificate of Conformity

Generate work orders for new plastic orders

Certify new plastic orders with a Certificate of Conformity

A valid drivers’ license required.

High School diploma or GED.

A&P License is required

2 or more years of experience is preferred, but not required

Sitting or standing for long periods in a shop, hanger, and line maintenance environment.

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Must be able to wear safety glasses.

Must be able to work with and around solvents, paint, paint stripper, epoxy resins, metal and composite materials. Such as fiberglass, Kevlar, and carbon fiber.
