The Stores Leads are responsible to their respective ExpressJet Services Stores Manager. |
Oversee the Stores operation of all assigned personnel. |
Ensures that personnel have been properly trained to perform assigned tasks. |
Continuously monitoring and directing work in progress. |
Accurately track all employee schedules in accordance with managers set scheduling needs for the department. |
Assist store clerks as needed to meet production needs or requirements. |
Secures and maintain all shop equipment and tools and make sure that the equipment is in a serviceable and working condition. |
Ensuring proper handling of all articles and parts while in the stores department. |
Monitor the status of each job order until order is complete. |
